Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Pool Designer at CPS Outdoors. The Pool Designer will collaborate with clients, architects, developers, and internal teams to design custom pools, spas, and integrated outdoor aquatic environments that align with project goals, site conditions, and budget. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing conceptual layouts, preparing detailed design drawings, and producing 2D plans and 3D visualizations to communicate design intent. The role involves reviewing site surveys, grading plans, and architectural drawings to ensure feasibility, code compliance, and structural coordination. The Pool Designer will also prepare design presentations, revise plans based on feedback, coordinate with engineering and construction teams, and support project documentation through design development and pre-construction. Role Description This is a full-time Project Engineer position based in Miami, FL, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The Project Engineer supports the planning, coordination, and execution of complex outdoor living and aquatic construction projects from design development through final completion. Daily responsibilities include reviewing engineered drawings and specifications, assisting with project planning, scheduling, and submittals, and coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams. The role involves conducting site visits, documenting field conditions, tracking progress, and helping resolve constructability and technical issues related to structural, mechanical, and electrical systems in pools and outdoor environments. The Project Engineer also supports cost tracking, RFIs, quality control, and compliance with safety, permitting, and code requirements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to CPS Outdoors' quality standards. Role Description The BIM and MEP Coordinator is a full-time remote role responsible for coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems across luxury outdoor and aquatic projects. This role involves creating, updating, and managing BIM models; integrating architectural, structural, pool, and site information; and ensuring accurate representation of all MEP systems. The coordinator will review design documents, detect and resolve clashes, and collaborate closely with project managers, designers, engineers, and field teams to maintain constructible, coordinated models. Daily tasks include preparing coordinated drawings and details, maintaining model standards and naming conventions, supporting RFIs and submittals with BIM data, and assisting with 3D visualizations for internal and client use. The role also contributes to continuous improvement of BIM workflows, documentation practices, and coordination processes. Qualifications
