OPPORTUNITY A top credit fund is seeking a Manager of Operations to be based out of the Miami office. This individual will be managing a team of six Operations Associates and seven external Operations associates and will report into the Head of Operations. RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: • Coordinate with third-party administrators and custodians • Supervise month-end and quarter-end close processes Investment Operations: • Oversee trade settlement, cash management, and reconciliation processes • Monitor and maintain compliance with investment guidelines • Manage loan operations including documentation, funding, and ongoing maintenance • Coordinate with deal teams on new investments and portfolio monitoring Team Leadership & Process Improvement: • Lead and develop a team of operations professionals • Implement and optimize operational workflows and procedures • Drive automation initiatives and technology enhancements • Collaborate with IT on systems implementation and upgrades Risk & Control Management: • Ensure robust internal controls and documentation • Manage operational risk assessment and mitigation • Support internal and external audit processes • Monitor regulatory compliance requirements
