• Testing and consulting services for the built environment, property condition assessments, specialized testing, building enclosure consulting, forensic investigation analysis, and design of repairs to existing structures, among other facilities-related services • Exhibiting responsibility, organization, reliability, time management, and self-motivation • Preparing reports and proposals • Overseeing field work and report preparation • Maintaining and develop a client database • Managing budgets and prepare invoices • Mentoring other staff • Conduct reviews, coaching, and training as needed • Maintaining appropriate staffing levels • Promoting a safe workplace and proper use of PPE • B.Arch or M.Arch accredited by NAAB or BS or MS in Engineering accredited by ABET, Building Science, Construction Management, or related degree accredited college/university • 6+ years of relevant experience in building facilities consulting • In lieu of education, 8 years of experience as ECS Facilities Associate III, or equivalent combination of experience, certification, and education required. Minimum 16 years of experience managing structural or building enclosure projects, and providing assessments and investigative services (forensics) for the built environment required

Engineering Consulting Services (ECS) is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. This role is responsible to ensure that all required tasks on a project from proposal to final invoice payment are completed either by themselves or by subordinates. The Senior Project Manager is primarily responsible for the completion and overall success of the project. Senior Project Manager will act as the main point of contact for the client on their projects. The ideal candidate presents a positive customer service attitude and understanding of ECS Core Values.

• Primary responsibilities include providing technical expertise and supporting Facilities staff within the region. • Responsibilities also include performing the following: • Overseeing projects. • Performing technical report reviews. • Preparing and reviewing proposals. • Business development and assisting other staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactions. • Responsibilities may also include: • Leading and coaching junior staff members. • Performing responsibilities at the regional level. • Responsibilities may also include mentoring Facilities Associate Principals. • Responsibilities may also include participation in the review committee for candidates who seek Associate Principal designation (Facilities). • For Engineers and Architects, Bachelor or Master of Science in Civil Engineering Architecture (NCARB), Civil (Structural) Engineering, or Architectural Engineering. For Professionals with specialized Master-level certification, any Bachelor of Science in Building Construction, Science, Engineering, Architecture, or related is acceptable. • Professional Engineer (P.E.), Registered Architect (R.A.), or Master-level certification in area of specialization such as Master Code Professional (MCP). As certified by the International Code Council (ICC). Certification must remain active while holding this title. • 12+ years of relevant professional related experience • Designation as a senior reviewer at your current or previous firm required
