Customer Account Manager/Lead Generation

Key Responsibilities • Lead Management & Routing • Manage lead flow and routing within Boberdoo, ensuring proper distribution to agents and partner agencies. • Set up posting instructions, sources, and delivery methods for web leads, live transfers, and inbound calls. • Troubleshoot lead delivery or posting issues across integrated systems (e.g., CRM, Boberdoo, form captures). • CRM & Product Administration • Maintain and manage Admin123 CRM for all health insurance agencies and internal products. • Create and manage user accounts, agent access, and permissions. • Configure new product launches within Admin123, including custom fields, workflows, and tracking. • Serve as the main point of contact for all downline agencies and partner companies regarding lead setup, distribution, and campaign strategy. • Provide guidance on lead bid strategies, CPL optimization, and source performance. * Train agency managers and staff on system usage, tracking best practices, and compliance standards. • Ensure all agencies are aligned with performance goals, daily routing priorities, and compliance • Systems Integration & Optimization • Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to ensure seamless integration between CRMs, call tracking, and ad platforms. • Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions for routing, tracking, and reporting Qualifications • Proven experience with lead management systems • Hands-on experience managing or configuring CRM platforms. • Understanding of digital lead generation, call routing, and affiliate or agency management. • Excellent problem solving and multitasking skills; strong communication and documentation abilities • Familiarity with health insurance marketing, agent setup, or performance-based campaigns a plus. • Must be comfortable working independently, managing multiple agencies, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
