Role Summary: As a Client Success Specialist, you'll be the go-to contact for customersâguiding them through onboarding, offering technical support, and ensuring they thrive with the platform. This role combines relationship-building, technical troubleshooting, and strategic insight to drive customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
