"The Special Projects Administrator 2 at the Miami-Dade Seaport Department (PortMiami) will be responsible for the fiscal administration of Port Miami’s component unit, Port of Miami Crane Management, Inc. (PMCM). The duties of the incumbent will include, but are not limited to, performing monthly bank reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, and supervise or bill the rental of the port’s cranes. Other responsibilities will include the supervision of PMCM accounts payable, preparation of monthly financial statements, monitoring budget to actual results, monitoring month-to-month ledger fluctuations, performing Treasury duties, updating, analyzing, and maintaining crane operations key performance indicators. The incumbent will be responsible for knowing the contractual agreements between cargo operators and the port."

"The Senior Planner performs planning, design, and project management related work, such as generating conceptual site designs, to address maritime facility improvements, including transportation, office buildings, parking garages, cruise terminals and cargo facilities. The Senior Planner also assists in grant and report writing and coordination, near- and long-range planning studies pertaining to growth management, multimodal transportation, urban economic development, urban planning, or progress as related to seaports, toward implementing the objectives of the Miami-Dade Seaport Department (PortMiami) 2050 Master Plan, PortMiami Transportation Plan (PMTP), and Miami-Dade County’s Comprehensive Development Master Plan (CDMP)."
