Identity and Access Management Technology Director

The Identity and Access Management Director serves as the expert in identity and access management (IAM) space. This is both a technical position and a strategic position managing Active Directory, Azure, Certificate Management, and Mainframe Provisioning areas for the Carnival Corporation Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. This role will also assist with our other functions in Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance and Admistration, and other areas as assigned for IAM. This person will work to architect, solution, assist, communicate improvements and new projects across multiple brands and security domains to help ensure that all IAM projects are successful as a whole. This role will provide technical solutions, designs, architecture, and leadership for implementing security capabilities and security controls across those brands. This person will need to be strategic and not just operationally focused. The Identity and Access Management Director coordinates with application teams, infrastructure teams, HR, call center teams, and other end users to determine requirements, ensuring system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored, and finding ways to increase efficiency and end user productivity. This position is to also help with improving the overall user experience and reducing friction on the end user so that this can lead to overall increases in productivity for the entire company.
