Payrate: $45.00 - $51.00/hr.   Summary: The VAS Issuing Senior Manager is responsible for consultative sales and delivering training support to the LAC VAS Issuing team specifically for Processing Performance Monitor and Analytics Platform. This position plays a key role in supporting the goals and objectives of the team, ensuring efficient operations and delivering high-quality results   Responsibilities:• Be the SME for Processing Performance Monitor (VPPM) in terms of who is enrolled, client status, new enrollments, cancelations and retention. • Work through our potential client database to sell VPPM: Define client segmentation and tailor message specific for use cases.  • Work with CSMs to identify potential clients and present the dashboard to solve clients' pain points. • Keep Potential client list updated after every billing month closure. • Create and maintain Issuer - Contact and email database to send webinar invitations, informative emails and use as sales contacts. • Contact VPPM enrolled users who aren't using the dashboard to provide training and generate product engagement. • Contact VPPM enrolled users who are super users to obtain information on how they use the tool, what additional information they need, and document use cases. • Follow up on users enrolled in Free Trials, when they activate, when it's about to expire. • Follow up on users that are requesting offboarding. • Follow up with sellers and AEs on their open Opportunities. • Obtain leads from CS teams. • Document feedback on canceled enrollments and provide analysis and with possible solutions / product enhancements. • Provide excellent customer service, both internally and externally. • Provide VPPM external webinars. • Manage client pipeline in Dynamics.   Qualifications:• +10 years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or an Advanced Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology or relevant fields (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD) • Previous experience in the payments industry, with knowledge of card processing is a plus. • Consultative Sales experience is a must. Experience in Software as a Service is highly desired. • Executive-level written and verbal communication, and customer interaction skills • Skills: Organization, self-starter, attention to detail, technical proficiency, work under pressure, use of AI tools to facilitate work, database management. • Must have a full professional proficiency in English and Spanish, Portuguese is highly desired.   Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $45.00 - $51.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
