Title: House Manager Client: Private Family Office Location: Coral Gables-Coconut Grove, FL area (On-site, 5 days per week; start time 8:00 AM, must be flexible after hours and on weekends) About the Role: Our client, an UHNW family in Miami, is seeking a House Manager / Personal Assistant to oversee daily household operations and provide comprehensive support to the principals and their family. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Provide day-to-day personal and administrative support to the principal and family. • Manage complex calendars, inboxes, appointments, and family scheduling. • Oversee household operations, including supervision of two housekeepers and coordination with vendors and maintenance staff. • Handle travel logisticsâprivate aviation, commercial and charter bookings, hotels, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries. • Execute errands, shopping, packing/unpacking, and general household organization. • Coordinate and track household expenses, invoices, and budgets. • Assist with hosting and event coordination for family gatherings or dinners. • May involve picking up children from time to time. Qualifications: • Fluency in Spanish required. • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems required; experience with SharePoint and Monday.com preferred. • Highly organized, proactive, and discreet. • Must be based locally in Coral Gables or nearby; role is fully on-site with flexibility as needed. Schedule: • Monday-Friday, starting at 8:00 AM. • Presence required for household staff arrival and daily operations. • Must be flexible to work weekends on occasion
