SUMMARY: Responsible for helping management select bid and pre-construction opportunities, evaluating specifications and drawings, analyzing supplier and subcontract proposals compliance, successfully estimating the total project cost, and helping management prepare final proposal documentation. Must plan for working closely with internal multidisciplinary project management teams as well as subcontractors, and being empowered to grow, take charge, and make a positive impact in a growing enterprise with local leadership and global reach ⓠoffices in Florida and Puerto Rico.
