Description We are seeking a Registered Architect (RA) based in Florida to collaborate with our architectural and engineering team on a per-project basis. The role focuses on reviewing, validating, and approving architectural documents, ensuring compliance with the Florida Building Code and local regulations. Responsibilities • Review and validate architectural drawings and construction documents to ensure compliance with the Florida Building Code and local regulations. • Provide professional approval and sign-off on architectural and structural documentation. • Offer technical expertise in evaluating reports, drawings, and designs for residential and commercial projects. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, contractors) to ensure design integrity and compliance. • (Optional/Future) Review and approve drawings for remodeling, renovations, and residential alterations (e.g., wall modifications, repair projects). Requirements • Registered Architect (RA) in Florida, or eligible for registration through the NCARB Certificate. • Residency in Florida (mandatory). • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. • 5+ years of experience working on remodeling projects. • Strong knowledge of applicable building codes and standards. • Advanced proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam; experience with SketchUp, Lumion, and/or Enscape. • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. 📩 If you meet the profile, please send your CV to: 👉 hr@eurodrillamaerica.com
