The Digital Product Manager oversees the development, launch, and support of digital products throughout the Carnival.com consumer booking journey. This role encompasses the entire end-to-end Product Management lifecycle, including developing new capabilities, serving as the Product Owner, and collaborating with business stakeholders, prospective guests, engineering, QA, IT, network, and other technology teams. The Digital Product Manager leads idea generation, evaluation, product definition, UX/UI design, roadmap prioritization, engineering and development, rollout, measurement, and analytics. Fuel Performance and Decarbonization Sr. Analyst

Responsible for creating fuel budgets and forecasts for North America brands [HAL/SBN]. Develop fuel modelling tools and provide analytical insights to optimize fleet fuel consumption and fuel bunkering costs. Responsible for ensuring fuel change orders and bunker forecast variations are kept to a minimum. Responsible for ensuring accuracy of fuel consumption reporting as per regulatory standards and as outlined in vessel's Ship Energy Efficiency Management Plans. Construct fuel consumption reports, Power BI dashboards for weekly performance reports and for management and ship senior management review. Liaise with other departments for fuel consumption analysis and vessel performance improvement. Assist other tasks as needed.
Project Manager of Machinery & Energy Efficiency

The Project Manager of Machinery & Energy Efficiency will be responsible for the planning, development, and execution of technical projects to support Marine Operations including but not limited to, WHR (waste heat recovery), machinery cooling/ventilation, and providing support for major projects outside of the specific discipline, where heavy machinery modification is required. The scope of this position is both technical and managerial in nature with a major focus on regulatory compliance, safety and reliability, and finance. Technical decisions and approval shall include equipment and 3rd party vendor selection and technical specification writing to ensure proper integration with existing shipboard systems as well as classification and regulatory compliance. Managerial decisions will revolve around the planning, collaboration, and budgetary aspects of the projects. Challenges to be encountered daily include maintaining progress of ongoing and developing installations as well as facilitating technical program improvements and continued operations for regulatory compliance. Other areas of challenge include staying ahead of planned and pending regulations.
