The Role As ALEXIS expands its focus on Non-Apparel categories—including handbags and footwear—we are seeking a Product Developer to help shape and scale this growing business with precision, artistry, and operational excellence. Reporting to the Head of Non-Apparel, this role is responsible for managing the full product development and production lifecycle, from concept through final production and delivery of salesman samples. Based at our Coral Gables headquarters, this position is highly collaborative, detail-driven, and fast-paced, with opportunities for international travel to vendors and partners. The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge of accessories with exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for luxury craftsmanship. This role plays a critical part in bringing ALEXIS accessories collections to life—ensuring design integrity, quality standards, timelines, and commercial objectives are met at every stage.
