POSITION SUMMARY: The position will oversee preconstruction and estimating for all projects (building) in South Florida and, when applicable, other areas of the US and Caribbean, for mechanical, plumbing and fire protection packages (including swimming pools and kitchen equipment when applicable). The candidate will work on tasks that are related to project cost estimation, prepare complete and comprehensive Bid Packages.
