As a Creative Automation & Client Success Specialist, you'll be at the intersection of creativity, technology, and client success. Your mission is to help leading brands and agencies in Brazil scale their creative production using Cape's Template Designer, our in-platform design tool. You'll not only design high-performance templates but also manage onboarding processes, lead training, and act as a strategic partner to our clients, guiding them through a smooth adoption of Cape.
