SENIOR CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR   Job Summary/Description Asterix Inc is seeking a construction Estimator with a strong background in construction and general knowledge of construction principles and common practices. The ideal candidate will also possess command of one or more trades associated with the construction process. Candidates must be self-motivated, organized individuals with the ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to communicate effectively, and will possess a desire to advance and grow with the company. The candidate will also be responsible for managing junior staff that will provide support and assistance as required. Requirements Education: Associate's Degree Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or two-year technical training in Construction or related field (preferred) Experience: Construction estimating in the USA - 2 years (Required) Field experience in the USA - 2 years (Preferred) Software: Proficiency with Microsoft environment and Bluebeam Revu (Required) On Screen takeoff or any other quantity takeoff software Job Details Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm Compensation: Salary based on experience Office Location: Miami, FL
