Position Mission

Manage the logistics and operational mobility of the DSD team, contributing to resource optimization and strengthening budgetary control.

Responsibilities

Planning

• Plan, coordinate, and manage travel for the DSD team, ensuring cost efficiency and logistical compliance.

Coordination and Execution

• Manage and control the budget allocated for travel and operational transportation.

• Maintain a detailed and up-to-date record of all expenses related to logistics and mobility.

• Develop periodic budget control reports.

• Analyze and optimize vehicle use and miles traveled.

• Support the implementation of technological and AI tools for continuous improvement of logistical processes.

• Collaborate with other departments to align logistics strategy with operational and financial goals.

Assurance (Position KPIs)

• Ensure compliance with the key performance indicators (KPIs) established for the role.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in similar roles.

• Experience using Microsoft Office products including Excel (Advanced level) and Outlook.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish (Required)

• Demonstrated ability to self-audit for very high level of accuracy

• Excellent verbal, written, computer, data communication and presentation skills.

• Demonstrated ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a complex, high-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skill.
