Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Dispatcher located in Miami, FL. The Service Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling service calls, managing communication between technicians and customers, ensuring efficient dispatching of service personnel, and maintaining accurate records of service calls. The Service Dispatcher will also handle customer inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and ensure customer satisfaction by effectively managing service dispatch operations.
Qualifications
• Skills in Dispatching and Phone Etiquette
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency with computer systems and dispatching software
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in a related field are a plus
• Proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and writing)
