Director of Engineering

Our client is a leading maker of RF components for wireless and defense markets.

They are looking for a Director of RF Engineering for a fast-growing product line of Filters and other Passive components.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Based in South Florida, the Director of RF Engineering will have 10 reports, including Design and Product Engineers.

• Will manage the team, interact with customers, make decisions on vendors, CAD tool and Test equipment investments.

• Will hire engineers and closely advise engineers on methods, risks and tradeoffs, ultimately approving the RF Designs.

**We need a BSEE or higher degree with 15+ years in the RF industry, and 5-10+ years as a successful RF /Microwave Design Manager.
