Your Mission

We're looking for a hands-on Field Service Engineer to become the face of our premium Italian technology across North America. You'll ensure our clients' powder coating systems - from pretreatment to curing ovens - operate at peak performance while maintaining the renowned Euroimpianti standards.

Key Responsibilities

• System Optimization: Install, calibrate, and fine-tune complete powder coating lines

• Expert Troubleshooting: Rapidly diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system issues

• Knowledge Transfer: Train customer teams on operation and maintenance best practices

• Technical Liaison: Bridge communication between North American clients and our Italian engineering team

• Continuous Improvement: Document service interventions and recommend system enhancements

Ideal Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications:

• 3+ years' field experience with industrial powder coating systems

• Strong electro-mechanical aptitude (PLCs, pneumatics, motors)

• Ability to interpret complex schematics and technical documents

• Willingness for 70% travel (valid driver's license and passport required)

• Physical capability for industrial work environments (50+ lb lifting)

Preferred Assets:

• Italian language proficiency (technical translation ability highly valued)

• Experience with European industrial equipment standards

• Familiarity with similar systems
