Our Project Management & Lender Services team are looking for an Project Manager/ Assistant Project Manager to join us in Miami, FL.

What You Get To Do

• Act as the Owner's Representative on complex projects from concept to occupancy, managing day-to-day communication with clients and ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

• Lead and coordinate project teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to align with client objectives and project goals.

• Prepare and review cost estimates at various design stages, analyze cost variances, assess change orders, and maintain updated cost databases for reporting and decision-making.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, evaluate work-in-place, and review contractor pay applications and supporting documentation for reasonableness and compliance.

• Review and analyze construction documents including contracts, drawings, specifications, budgets, and surveys to support risk assessment, funding, and reporting.

• Support proposal development and business development activities while contributing to a collaborative, professional work environment focused on quality and client satisfaction.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.

• Professional qualification obtained.

• University Degree or equivalent to any of the following, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, and Engineering or equivalent.
