Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented Compensation & Revenue Specialist to join our dynamic team at Carepoint LLC. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in handling Medicare commissions, a thorough understanding of the Medicare Advantage and ACA commission landscapes, and the skills needed to manage and audit commission payouts efficiently.
Responsibilities:• Process and validate commissions received directly from carriers.
• Ensure accurate and timely payout of commissions to agents and agencies.
• Conduct audits of commission payments and reconcile discrepancies using multiple data sources.
• Maintain detailed records of all commission-related activities.
• Collaborate with finance and sales teams to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Access to analyze commission data and generate comprehensive reports.
Requirements:• Demonstrated experience in commission processing within the Medicare and ACA sectors, specifically with carrier commissions.
• Profound knowledge of Medicare Advantage plans and ACA policies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access, with exceptional analytical skills.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:• Familiarity with additional data management tools and CRM software.
• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a commission processing department."
