Bilingual Account Executive - Infusion Therapy Services (Field Sales)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive to join a fast-growing provider of infusion therapy services. This role is ideal for someone with strong healthcare sales experience who enjoys building relationships and driving growth in specialized medical markets like Neurology, GI, Dermatology, Immunology, and Rheumatology.

You'll work closely with physician practices and clinics, introducing them to high-quality, patient-centered infusion therapy services provided in local infusion suites and home settings. This is a field-based sales position requiring frequent travel within your territory. What You'll Do Identify and develop relationships with healthcare providers and clinic decision-makers Promote infusion services tailored to specific specialties including IVIG and biologic therapies Conduct outreach, meetings, and presentations to drive new business Collaborate with clinical and intake teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for patients and providers Meet or exceed monthly sales goals Maintain accurate CRM records, pipelines, and forecasts Stay current on industry trends, payer policies, and competitor offerings What We're Looking For 3+ years of sales experience in healthcare (preferably specialty or infusion sales) Bilingual - English / Spanish Strong existing relationships in neurology, GI, dermatology, or immunology is a plus Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and presentation skills Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently Tech-savvy with CRM experience Willing and able to travel regularly within assigned territory Bachelor's degree preferred (healthcare, business, or related field) What You'll Get Competitive base salary $100k-125k+ Lucrative commission plan - On target earnings of $225k+ Top performers earn $300k+ Health benefits package Vehicle allowance Company laptop and phone Ongoing training and development Opportunity to be part of a patient-first, provider-focused model that's disrupting traditional hospital-based infusion care This is more than just a sales role — it's a chance to help providers and patients access cost-effective, high-quality infusion therapy in settings that prioritize comfort and care.
