The Analyst is an entry-level position for outstanding recent graduates who wants to solve complex business problems and drive meaningful AI driven impact in leading organizations worldwide
What You'll Do
• Research & Analysis
• Conduct primary and secondary research to support AI driven intervention at portfolio companies
• Analyze large datasets using Excel, SQL, and other analytical tools
• Interview internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, map processes and validate findings
• Map and support the redesign of key processes and areas of the operating model of an enterprise using AI
• Build financial models and conduct quantitative analysis to support business cases
• Deliverables
• Coordinate implementation partners in the context of big scale AI implementations
• Create compelling presentations and reports for senior client audiences
• Develop frameworks and exhibits that clearly communicate complex concepts
• Support client workshops and steering committee meetings
• Ensure accuracy and quality of all analytical outputs and materials
• Team Collaboration
• Work closely with Associates, Engagement Managers, Principals and Directors
• Support multiple workstreams simultaneously while managing competing priorities
• Participate in team problem-solving sessions and hypothesis development
• Provide input on work planning and project timelines
• Mentor summer interns and new joiners
• Professional Development
• Participate in AI Lab comprehensive training programs
• Develop expertise in specific industries or functional areas
• Contribute to knowledge development and best practices
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree from top-tier university with outstanding academic record
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data management tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Demonstrated leadership experience through internships, extracurriculars, or work
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, demanding environments
• Intellectual curiosity and passion for problem-solving
Nice-to-Haves
• Internship experience in consulting, finance, technology, operations or strategy roles
• Advanced coursework in quantitative fields and process engineering/operations management
• International experience or multilingual capabilities
• Entrepreneurial or startup experience
