Now, weâre hiring Senior Recruiters to join our thriving team in Miami. This client-facing role offers the chance to own your market, build relationships, and shape the success of your business unit.

Your Role:

As a Senior Recruiter at BioTalent, youâll lead the charge in building your portfolio, managing relationships, and driving results. Key responsibilities include:

- Business Development: Secure new opportunities, manage client accounts, and expand your reach within the life sciences industry.

- Candidate Management: Source, screen, and manage candidates, from initial CV submission to offer negotiation.

- Strategic Growth: Act as a trusted partner for clients, delivering tailored recruitment solutions while contributing to the growth of the Boston office.

- Operational Excellence: Keep our ATS (Bullhorn) up to date and leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to connect with top talent.

- Proven Recruitment Experience: A consistent billing track record with 360 recruitment expertise.
