The Role

We're seeking a driven Software Account Executive to join our team. You'll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and play a direct role in driving company growth, managing warm inbound leads. This is a consultative sales role where you'll help businesses understand how custom technology can transform their operations.



Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities

• Write detailed project scopes and proposals for clients

• Lead presentation calls using our pitch deck

• Deliver demos and live walkthroughs of our portfolio

• Negotiate contracts and pricing with prospective clients

• Collaborate with project and strategy teams to align client needs with solutions

• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets



Requirements

• 3–6 years of professional sales experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Based in the United States

• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle



Nice to Haves

• Tech or SaaS sales experience

• Familiarity with custom software or services

• Located in EST time zone

• Experience selling into service-based industries

• Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment



Compensation & Benefits

• Earnings: $65,000–$95,000 per year (base $42k-$45k)

• Commission: $3,000–$5,000 per month (uncapped)

• Year 1 On-Target Earnings (OTE): ~$94,000
