Senior Tech Lead – DeFi / Solana SVM

We're looking for a senior Tech Lead to contribute to the architecture and execution of

APEING Labs trading stack – from UI performance to low-latency backend – on Solana's (SVM).

What you'll own

• System & frontend architecture

• Design and evolve our DeFi trading architecture (terminal, perps, AMMs, routing, risk, rewards).

• Lead the frontend architecture and design system (components, state mgmt, SSR,

performance).

• Solana / SVM engineering

• Architect and review on-chain programs built for Solana SVM.

• Work closely with protocol engineers on:

• Order matching, funding, liquidations

• Risk engines, vaults, reward logic

• Ensure our infra plays nicely with Solana RPC, websockets, indexers, and market makers.

Must-have experience

• 7+ years building production systems as a senior engineer / tech lead.

• Deep experience with:

• Solana & SVM internals (runtime, accounts model, parallelism, TX lifecycle).

• At least one on-chain protocol: DEX, perps, lending, or similar.

• Strong frontend architecture experience (React/Next, TypeScript, design systems, performance).

• Proven track record leading a team: code reviews, standards, mentoring, and shipping.

Bonus points

• You've worked on or with:

• Orderbook/perps engines (Hyperliquid, Drift, Aster-style systems).

• Advanced routing / MEV-aware execution.

• Quant / risk modelling for fees, points, and rewards.
