Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Security Supervisor role located in Miami Beach, FL at FirstService Residential. The Security Supervisor will oversee and coordinate security operations, train and supervise security staff, enforce rules and regulations, and respond to emergencies as needed. The role also involves conducting security assessments, maintaining security equipment, and ensuring the safety and security of the property and its residents.

Qualifications

• Security Operations and Emergency Response skills

• Security Staff Training and Supervision skills

• Knowledge of Rules and Regulations enforcement

• Security Assessments and Equipment Maintenance skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• CPR and First Aid certification

• Experience in property management or a related field is a plus
