Role Overview

Cashera is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead and scale our core operational functions as we continue rapid growth. This role is critical to ensuring efficient, compliant, and scalable lending operations across the full loan lifecycle.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in lending or financial services operations, strong leadership capabilities, and a hands‑on approach to building high‑performing teams and processes in a fast‑moving fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands on to lead day‑to‑day operations across lending, servicing, customer support.

• Design, implement, and scale operational processes that improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience

• Partner closely with product, engineering, risk, compliance, and finance teams to align operations with business goals.

• Develop and monitor KPIs, and operational dashboards to drive data‑driven decisions.

• Build, mentor, and manage high‑performing operations teams based in Miami and beyond.

• Identify and implement automation and technology solutions to support scale and cost efficiency.

• Manage third‑party service providers and strategic partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations within fintech, lending, financial services, or payments

• Proven experience managing lending operations, including underwriting, funding, or loan servicing.

• Strong understanding of consumer and/or small business lending regulations

• Leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
