Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Structural Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects, particularly in mid-rise and high-rise residential buildings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all structural work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all structural construction activities on-site

• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications

• Manage and mentor construction teams, providing guidance and leadership

• Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure project accuracy

• Communicate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any structural issues

• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on status and budget

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance

• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors for structural work

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Structural/MEP/Interior Superintendent in mid-rise and high-rise construction

• Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and construction methods

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents

• Proficiency in project management and scheduling software

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred

• OSHA certification and other relevant safety training certifications
