Job Overview
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be a cross-functional marketing specialist responsible for the performance and growth of the brand. You will act as a liaison between the operational and strategic teams across creative, media, sales funnel and analytics, ensuring alignment and timely execution of all campaign components. This role requires excellent communication, planning and data-driven decision-making skills. You will become a part of a team and responsible for providing leads to a rapidly growing contact center.
Responsibilities
• Manage the full project cycle and campaign execution for your brand(s).
• Develop and manage lead generation campaigns and project timelines.
• Communicate with lead generation vendors, paid advertising platforms, designers, videographers, web developers, automation specialists, and other departments within the company.
• Coordinate deliverables from paid media, design, video, funnel, compliance, and tech.
• Track KPIs and ensure reporting aligns with campaign goals and ROI targets.
• Lead team meetings and strategy sessions; Ensure deadlines are met by all participants.
• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, focusing on quality and efficiency.
• Continuously motivate vendors and other specialists to maintain the required volume of incoming leads.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing. Proven experience in managing multi-channel digital campaigns.
• Experience managing Google and META advertising campaigns with budgets of $500K/month (testing will be conducted).
• Knowledge of the fundamentals of building successful paid advertising campaigns.
• Proper use of AI tools to optimize performance, without blind trust.
• Excellent understanding of lead generation, creative workflows, and sales funnel strategy.
• Ability to effectively plan and maintain focus to complete tasks even in the face of distractions.
• Experience in lead generation (calls and contacts).
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work comfortably with remote or hybrid teams.
• Ability to manage campaigns in multiple languages (English, Spanish, other languages).
