Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Media Account Supervisor/ Director to lead our client success efforts within our healthcare vertical. This is not just an account management role â it's a leadership position where you will be the strategic partner, trusted advisor, and growth driver for our healthcare clients.
You will lead multi-channel, performance-focused digital campaigns â spanning paid social, paid search, programmatic, OTT/CTV, digital out-of-home, and more â while ensuring they are tailored to the healthcare market's unique needs. You will manage and mentor account teams, guide media strategy, and ensure flawless execution, all while fostering deep, consultative relationships with key marketing leaders at our client organizations.

What You'll Do
• Lead Healthcare Client Partnerships: Serve as a key point of contact and strategic lead for healthcare accounts, from multi-location providers to innovative health tech companies.
• Drive Strategic Media Planning: Guide the creation of omnichannel campaigns that balance performance goals with the regulatory and trust requirements of healthcare marketing.
• Inspire and Mentor Teams: Lead and develop account and media team members to deliver exceptional work, elevate thinking, and foster professional growth.
• Deliver Insights and Results: Analyze campaign performance, extract insights, and recommend optimization strategies that align with client KPIs.
• Innovate and Evolve: Stay ahead of healthcare marketing trends, HIPAA-compliant targeting solutions, and emerging digital platforms to keep client strategies at the forefront.
What We're Looking For
• Leadership Experience: Proven track record managing client relationships and leading account teams in an agency environment (healthcare experience strongly preferred).
• Digital Media Expertise: Deep understanding of paid digital channels, campaign analytics, and attribution with specific experience and strength in paid acquisition channels including paid search.
• Healthcare Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with industry regulations, patient acquisition strategies, and multi-location marketing challenges is a significant plus.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate complex strategies and results to executive-level stakeholders.
• Strategic Mindset: Adept at balancing day-to-day execution with long-term account growth planning.
