BBVA GWA Client Solutions Associate
Client Strategy
• Own the execution of key strategic initiatives to identify and establish relationships with Affluent, Private, and Ultra-High Net Worth (UHNW) Clients, ensuring alignment with overall firm goals.
• Lead the development and finalization of Client-facing materials and documentation for Financial Advisors (FAs), ensuring professional quality and compliance.
• Define, monitor, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tracking Client acquisition, Assets Under Management (AUM), and overall Client Satisfaction, proactively identifying areas for improvement and presenting findings to leadership.
Radical Client Perspective (RCP)
• Drive the implementation of the "Radical Client Perspective" (RCP) strategy within dedicated workstreams, including developing execution plans, managing timelines, and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
• Independently analyze the customer journey to identify and propose solutions for friction points, acting as the primary point of contact for follow-through on corrective actions.
• Manage the creation and delivery of all training and communication programs aimed at promoting a consistent, client-centric culture across the team.
• Oversee the monitoring and compliance of service quality standards and manage the internal certification processes.
High Value Individuals Segments
• Manage the operational application of the client segmentation model (Affluent, Private, UHNW), ensuring data accuracy and usability by the sales teams.
• Lead the refinement and iteration of segment-specific value proposition materials in collaboration with product and marketing teams.
• Act as the execution manager for the differentiated servicing model rollout, coordinating changes to documentation, process maps, and technology platforms.
Relationship Model
• Manage the oversight and optimization of the daily referral process with local BBVA Private Banks, ensuring maximum efficiency and strict policy compliance for prospect reception and onboarding.
• Independently maintain and adapt the team capacity model for sales and operations, providing data-backed recommendations to management for geographical resource allocation and proactive hiring triggers.
• Lead the preparation, facilitation, and follow-up for business supervisory committees, ensuring that action items related to cross-country coordination are clearly assigned and completed.
Non-Financial Solutions
• Initiate and manage the full lifecycle of research and due diligence for new non-financial solutions (e.g., art, education, health, entertainment, lifestyle), from ideation to internal approval.
• Own the strategy and delivery of communication and training content related to non-financial offerings for Financial Advisors.
• Design and manage the reporting framework for tracking client adoption rates, usage, and satisfaction to inform strategic decisions on the offering suite.
Capabilities, Skills, Knowledge & Experience
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive, independent experience in a project management, strategy execution, Private Banking, or Client Experience role, preferably within the Financial/Banking industry.
• Language: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the RIA/private banking industry and investment advisory services. Proven experience working with or servicing LatAm high-net-worth clients is a significant advantage.
• Core Skills: Exceptional organizational and leadership skills in project execution. Proven track record of managing cross-functional initiatives and meeting deadlines. Superior proficiency in defining KPIs, data analysis, and developing high-quality business reports and presentations for executive audiences.
