Key Responsibilities:


Customer Success Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive customer success strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.

Team Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing customer success team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Customer Advocacy: Champion the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for their needs and driving product enhancements.

Customer Retention and Expansion: Implement proactive measures to drive customer retention, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and expand revenue from existing accounts.

Onboarding and Adoption: Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new customers and driving adoption of our platform.

Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer satisfaction metrics, gather feedback, and implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.

Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data and analytics to identify trends, optimize processes, and make informed decisions that drive customer success.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to align efforts and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Qualifications:


Proven Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading and scaling customer success teams, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.

HR Technology Experience: Deep understanding of the HR technology landscape and the unique challenges faced by HR professionals.

Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to building long-lasting relationships.

Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive customer success and align with business goals.

Data-Driven Decision Maker: Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive insights and improve performance.

Excellent Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
