Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Fleet Operations Supervisor to assist in overseeing and coordinating fleet operations for the FIFA Clube World Cup 25 and FIFA World Cup 2026 and associated events. Reporting to the Fleet Operations Manager, this role will ensure the execution of transport services in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for FIFA Client Groups, including PMAs, Referees, VVIPs, FIFA Delegates, FIFA Workforce, and Arrivals & Departures. The Fleet Operations Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring efficient fleet performance, staff coordination, and compliance with operational plans, policies, and procedures.
The Fleet Operations Supervisor will demonstrate competency in managing transport logistics while ensuring service excellence. The role requires judgment in applying SLAs, policies, and procedures, addressing challenges, and ensuring the seamless execution of transport services within the established FIFA operational framework.
Supervision Received: Reports to the Fleet Operations Manager, who defines objectives, priorities, and deadlines. The Fleet Operations Supervisor is expected to plan and execute tasks with autonomy while addressing operational challenges in accordance with established procedures and policies.
Supervision Given: Leads and coordinates assigned fleet staff, providing guidance, training, and oversight to ensure compliance with operational standards and expectations.
THE POSITION
The main responsibilities of the Fleet Services Supervisor include:
• Assist in planning and implementing transport services based on SLAs for FIFA Client Groups.
• Supervise day-to-day fleet operations across the FCWC25 and FWC 2026 event footprint.
• Support the development, review, and execution of operational documents, including Operational Plans, Policies & Procedures, and SLAs.
• Assist in training programs for fleet staff to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
• Monitor and oversee fleet operations at the Headquarters (HQ) and Official Venues.
• Analyze and provide recommendations for improving fleet performance and resolving operational issues.
• Prepare and submit operational reports related to fleet activities.
• Participate in meetings (both online and in-person) and site inspections as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and fleet management best practices.
• Perform additional fleet-related duties as required by the Fleet Operations Manager.

Education & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in transportation management within a major events or large-scale logistics environment.
• Strong understanding of transportation regulations, fleet operations, and logistics planning.

• Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus

• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Basic knowledge of vehicle specifications and transport operations.
