General Manager

"The Operations Management/General Manager Apprenticeship is designed to prepare future managers to plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of public or private sector organizations. The program is intended to address a diversified pool of small businesses and therefore, is general in nature and cannot be classified in any one functional area of management or administration, such as personnel, purchasing, or administrative services. The learning outcomes are broad and may be applied within any industry, such as retail, professional services, entertainment, sales, and office administration. The learning outcomes take entry-level candidates to management within one year.
