Family Engagement Coordinator, Alpha - $100,000/year USD

You are the individual families will recall when they choose where to send their child. From initial inquiry through final commitment, you define how Alpha is experienced, communicated, and perceived. This role places you at the center of the admissions journey after interest has been expressed. You will answer family questions swiftly and with professionalism, organize campus tours and shadowing opportunities, keep applicant data flawless, and facilitate meaningful discussions that help parents evaluate whether Alpha's model aligns with their child's needs. This is not a support function behind closed doors. You are client-facing, detail-oriented, and directly responsible for how families perceive Alpha.

This is an intensive, campus-based position suited to someone who thrives managing competing demands without sacrificing accuracy or warmth. What You Will Be Doing

• Answering inquiries from prospective families within 24 hours with communication that is clear, inviting, and consistent with Alpha's voice

• Organizing and delivering admissions programming, including campus tours and student shadowing experiences

• Keeping applicant data precise and current across all admissions platforms and CRM systems

• Conducting family meetings to clarify Alpha's educational model, respond to concerns, and record insights

• Collaborating with campus leadership and admissions staff to ensure continuous forward momentum for every applicant family

• Rendering final decisions on admissions or enrollment status

• Delivering classroom instruction or participating in daily teaching activities

• Relying on aggressive sales methods or prescriptive scripts

• Operating in a setting where expectations, standards, or direction are ambiguous

Family Engagement Coordinator Key Responsibilities

Create a credible, conversion-focused admissions journey that supports families from initial outreach through confident enrollment commitment.

Basic Requirements

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience

• At least 1 year of professional written communication experience with families or customers

• At least 1 year of experience using a CRM, student information system, or comparable database with demonstrated data accuracy

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)

• Strong organizational skills and consistent attention to detail

• Availability to work on-campus in Miami, FL, or willingness to relocate

• Authorized to work in the United States

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Background in education, enrollment management, or school operations

• Experience supporting admissions events or parent-facing programs

• Comfort operating in fast-changing, tech-enabled environments

Working with us

This is a Full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
