Location: Miami - 5 days/week in office first month (3 days/week hybrid)
Candidates that have immediate availability within 1 week will be prioritized in selection process.
Base: $65K + OTE: $350K-$415K (Uncapped)
• Salary increase in 60 days to $75k (subject to minimum of 4 deals closed in a single calendar month)
• ACV (per annum: $172,000) : $15,000 per deal
• Average Commissions Monthly: $8000 - $10,000 per month
• Annual Bonus: $150,000
• Total On-Target Earnings: approximately $400,000 - $450,000 annually
Equity: Eligible to participate in BoomerangFX Stock Option Plan after 6 months

Position Overview
As an Account Executive, you'll take the lead in driving revenue growth by owning the entire sales cycle. You will be responsible for prospecting your own territory and delivering results. You'll build and manage a book of business, leveraging your expertise in healthcare SaaS, devices, or pharmaceuticals to connect with clients and deliver tailored solutions. This role is perfect for a results-oriented sales professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You MUST have a HUNTER mindset. You will Negotiate and Close Software & Marketing subscriptions
What You'll Do
• Own the Sales Cycle: Drive revenue growth through proactive prospecting, lead qualification, high-impact demos, and closing deals within your territory.
• Showcase Value: Deliver tailored software demonstrations, highlighting how our solutions improve efficiency for private-pay aesthetic and healthcare practices.
• Build Strong Relationships: Establish trust with clinic and medspa owners, physicians and nurses, in cosmetic surgery, dental, and vision care.
• Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals, contributing to BoomerangFX's continued growth.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine strategies and enhance the client experience.
• Tailor Strategic Solutions: Leverage your understanding of digital marketing and paid advertising to engage clients in meaningful discussions, align solutions with their needs, and demonstrate the value of BoomerangFX's offerings.
What You Bring to the Table
• Experience: 5-7 years of solution-selling experience, with a proven track record in SaaS based sales, healthcare is an asset.
• Experience with SHORT sales cycles.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with medspas, private-pay healthcare, industry best practices, and regulations is highly desirable.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, including email automation, pipeline management, and sales analytics.
• Digital Marketing Acumen: Strong understanding of paid advertising strategies and their role in lead generation and client acquisition.
• Exceptional Communication & Sales Skills: Clear, persuasive, and professional verbal and written communication with the ability to overcome objections, negotiate effectively, and close high-value deals.
• Self-Driven & Goal-Oriented: A results-focused mindset with the ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
