DrLullaby delivers Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and other Behavioral Sleep Medicine services through an innovative hybrid treatment model, combining telehealth and digital health (www.drlullaby.com). Our PhD's, PsyD's and NP's are trained under a board-certified BSM specialist. Led by Dr. Lisa Medalie, DrLullaby offers evidence-based treatment methods, ensuring access to high-quality care regardless of location. Dr. Medalie is widely recognized for her expertise in sleep medicine and has been featured in top media outlets such as CNN, Dr. Oz, and NPR.
Role Description
This is a remote role for a Licensed Clinical Psychologist at DrLullaby. The clinical psychologist will be responsible for delivering CBT-I and other sleep-related behavioral treatments through telehealth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting initial assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, providing therapy sessions, monitoring patient progress, and maintaining comprehensive patient records.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver ~20 virtual sessions (26-28 openings typically needed to achieve this) per week focused on sleep-related protocols (1 hour/week per patient; training provided).
• Use DrLullaby's software to view patient data, and chat with patients between sessions to enhance outcomes.
• Documentation: Intake and Follow-up notes must be completed within 72hrs of each session; Assessment Reports are due to patients the day before each session
• Meetings: 1/week Thursday group consultation, 1/week Thursday operations meetings, every 3rd Thursday grand rounds.
• Individualized supervision is provided during onboarding and beyond if in training.

Required Qualifications
• Doctorate from an APA-accredited program; APA-accredited internship preferred
• Full licensure (not only PSYPACT) in TX, GA, OH, WI, IN, NY, CA; and ideally several other states, with preparedness to efficiently continue to complete licensure in remaining US states
• Credentialed with BCBS, Medicare, Aetna, Cigna, and UHC (i.e., reducing the timeline to tag you to our contracts)
• Proven success delivering telehealth care
• Experience providing clinical supervision
• Tech-comfortable and eager to use digital tools for patient engagement and documentation
• Strong problem-solver with leadership traitsâsomeone who takes initiative to solve, not just identify, operational challenges
