AppleOne is partnering confidentially with a nationally recognized developer specializing in luxury mid- and high-rise multifamily communities to identify two Assistant Superintendents – Interiors for an exciting new ground-up project in Aventura.

What You'll Do

• Assist the Lead Superintendent with daily field operations during the interior construction phase.

• Coordinate and oversee interior subcontractors while ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage and monitor interior finish activities, including:

• Drywall

• Painting

• Flooring

• Cabinetry

• Millwork

• Doors, hardware, and trim

• Appliances

• Final punch and project closeout

• Assist with project scheduling and short-interval planning.

• Perform quality control inspections and verify compliance with project specifications.

• Coordinate inspections and maintain safety and building code compliance.

• Participate in subcontractor meetings and daily site coordination.

• Maintain daily reports and project documentation.

• Assist with project turnover and owner punch list completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.

• 2–5+ years of experience with a commercial general contractor or developer.

• Ground-up commercial construction experience required.

• Experience supporting the interior build-out or finish phases of multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, healthcare, or other commercial projects strongly preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

• Experience with Microsoft Office; Procore or similar construction management software is a plus.

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
