Role Summary
Brightstar.AI is an AI intervention company dedicated to helping mid-level enterprises modernize their IT foundations and harness the power of AI to transform their businesses. We're seeking a graduate Technology Associate who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to both internal IT operations and client-facing transformation projects.
This role is a launchpad for your career in technology: you'll gain hands-on experience in enterprise IT, digital transformation, and applied AI while working alongside seasoned technology leaders.
What You'll Do
• Support day-to-day IT operations, including systems setup, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Assist in client projects, helping to assess IT environments and document transformation requirements.
• Research new tools, platforms, and AI trends to inform Brightstar.AI's technology approach.
• Participate in the implementation of IT and AI-enabled solutions under guidance from senior engineers.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, documentation, and best practices.
• Gain exposure to cloud services, enterprise systems, and AI-driven IT tools.
What You'll Need
• Recently completed or soon-to-complete degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong curiosity about technology, IT systems, and artificial intelligence.
• Basic familiarity with cloud platforms, databases, or programming languages (academic or self-taught).
• Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn on the job.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to work across teams.
Nice-to-Haves
• Internship or project experience in IT, cloud, or AI-related fields.
• Exposure to Python, SQL, or other coding/scripting languages.
• Certifications (AWS Cloud Practitioner, CompTIA, ITIL Foundations) â not required but a plus.
• Previous experience in a tech society, hackathon, or open-source project.
