About the Investor Team
The Investor Team provides consultative support to both retail and institutional clients, offering investment ideas, strategic guidance, and recommendations tailored to each investor's profile and suitability. We also operate a trading desk for the execution of orders across a wide range of assets. We are seeking a professional with strong technical expertise and strategic vision to lead investment initiatives and support the team's continued growth.
Responsibilities
• Lead the execution of trading orders with accuracy and full compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Serve as a technical reference for bankers, supporting strategic investment decisions for high-net-worth and institutional clients.
• Develop and present robust investment theses based on macroeconomic, sectoral, and asset-level analysis.
• Actively contribute to the definition of commercial strategies and portfolio allocation approaches.
• Automate and optimize analytical and operational processes using tools such as Excel, VBA, Python, or Power BI.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and innovation opportunities in financial products.
• Mentor and support the development of junior analysts and team members.
• Collaborate with departments such as Compliance, Product, Technology, and Relationship Management to ensure an exceptional client experience.
Basic requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Must possess a Green Card or U.S. citizenship.
• Postgraduate degrees or additional certifications are a plus.
• FINRA SIE and Series 7 licenses required; Series 66 is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial market, with a background in trading desks, investment areas, asset management, or advisory for sophisticated investors.
• Deep knowledge of financial products, asset allocation strategies, and investor profiling.
• Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in VBA, Python, or BI tools is desirable.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, excellent communication, and the ability to influence decision-making.
Preferred requirements
• Experience working with institutional clients, UHNW individuals, or complex portfolio structures.
• Participation in investment committees or innovation projects related to financial products.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives and propose structural improvements in service and analysis models.

Compensation/Benefits:
