The Director of IT role is for a builder, someone eager to design and implement a full technology ecosystem from the ground up. You'll architect the firm's infrastructure, systems, and processes, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency as the company grows. Working directly with the executive team, you'll have the autonomy to establish best-in-class practices across cloud, data, and enterprise systems, and to shape the firm's technology roadmap as they scale internationally. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Build Infrastructure: Lead the architecture, integration, and implementation of all IT systems from cloud infrastructure to collaboration tools ensuring scalability and compliance.

• Develop Technology Roadmap: Create a long-term IT strategy that aligns with business goals, operational efficiency, and security needs as the firm scales.

• Implement Security and Risk Frameworks: Oversee data governance, cybersecurity, and information assurance to meet global consulting and client requirements.

• Optimize Internal Systems: Evaluate and implement best-in-class ERP, CRM, and communication platforms to streamline operations and client engagement.

• Lead and Mentor: Help build and guide an internal IT team, establishing best practices, performance standards, and a culture of innovation.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with leadership, operations, and finance to ensure technology solutions drive business outcomes and employee enablement.

• Be a Strategic Voice: Serve as a thought leader within the leadership team advising on technology trends, infrastructure investment, and digital transformation strategy.

Who You Are:

• A senior technology leader with a background in software engineering or systems architecture, ideally within a consulting, enterprise, or multi-site organization.

• Experienced in building IT operations from scratch, including infrastructure, networking, security, and business systems integration.

• Strong communicator and mentor who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments and enjoys shaping process and culture.

• Skilled at both strategic vision and tactical execution. Willing to roll up your sleeves in early stages while laying the foundation for future teams.

• Familiar with the technology requirements of large-scale operations (construction, energy, logistics, or similar infrastructure-heavy sectors preferred).

• Ideally based in South Florida, with a passion for being part of a growing Miami headquarters.

Salary & Benefits:
