Job Description
At Cas Composite, we're looking for a Quality Manager to lead and elevate our Quality Management System within an FAA-certified repair station environment.
This role goes beyond compliance â it's about building a culture of quality, ensuring audit readiness at all times, and driving continuous improvement across operations. You will own the RSQCM, lead audits, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure processes meet FAA, ISO 9001, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the RSQCM (Repair Station Quality Control Manual)
• Ensure full compliance with FAA regulations, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements
• Plan and lead internal, external, and customer audits, ensuring timely closure of findings
• Monitor and analyze quality KPIs, identifying trends and driving corrective actions
• Oversee documentation control and ensure accurate, audit-ready records
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
• Train and support teams on quality standards, procedures, and best practices
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and leadership to improve process performance and product quality
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all quality-related matters
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in quality management systems
• Proven experience in audit management (internal, external, and customer audits)
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
