About Aracor
Aracor is building an AI-native platform to help in-house legal teams manage documents with greater speed and precision.
Role Overview: As Head of Sales, you will define and execute the go-to-market strategy and drive revenue growth. You will own the full sales cycle and work closely with leadership.
Responsibilities
• Identify and engage potential customers (in-house legal teams, PE firms, VC firms).
• Own the full sales cycle end-to-end.
• Conduct tailored product demos.
• Develop and execute an initial sales strategy.
• Build strong relationships with senior legal and investment professionals.
• Partner with leadership to refine pricing, packaging, messaging, and ideal customer profile (ICP).
• Provide structured customer feedback to shape product development and marketing efforts.
• Build and implement sales infrastructure.
• Define the hiring plan for scaling the sales team.
Qualifications/Skills
Hard Skills:
• 7-10+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS, legal tech, fintech, AI, or enterprise workflow software preferred).
• Experience as an early or first sales hire at a startup.
• Proven track record of closing complex deals.
• Experience selling into corporate legal teams, private equity firms, venture capital firms preferred.
• Strong consultative sales skills.
• Ability to sell and position technical products (including AI).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable building and owning CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, and forecasting.
