"We are a dynamic startup retailer seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Retail Sales/Brand Ambassadors. As brand ambassadors, you'll play a crucial role in marketing our brand, driving sales, and enhancing our presence in the vibrant Brickell community and throughout South Florida markets.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Marketing and Brand Awareness:**

- Develop and execute strategies to increase brand visibility.

- Implement marketing campaigns to reach target audiences.

2. **Popup Shop Sales in Brickell:**

- Manage and operate popup shops in high-traffic areas.

- Engage customers, provide product information, and drive sales.

3. **Boutique Hotel Sales:**

- Work 4-6 hours on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at two Boutique hotels in Brickell.

- Foster positive relationships with hotel staff and guests.

4. Product Placement and Inventory

- Ensure products are presented professionally and have proper merchandising.

- Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.

5. **Merchandising:**

- Collaborate with the team to color-coordinate inventory for captivating window displays.

- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation.

6. **Social Media Content Creation:**

- Generate engaging content for social media platforms to promote products and events.

- Capture and share compelling visuals to connect with our online community.

7. **Distribution of Marketing Materials:**

- Distribute promotional materials to increase brand awareness.

- Act as a brand advocate in the community.
