Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician with a background in mechanical and mechatronics engineering and a minimum of two years' hands-on experience in maintaining specialized machinery. This person will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance, diagnosing technical issues, suggesting improvements, and ensuring the continuous operation of critical equipment.
YOUR TASKS
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per established schedules.
• Diagnose and repair technical issues efficiently and safely.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities for each piece of equipment.
• Propose and implement technical improvements to optimize machinery performance.
• Collaborate with the production team to minimize equipment downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety and industrial standards during all maintenance tasks. Any additional tasks that may be assigned to ensure an efficient, safe, clean, and goal-oriented work environment

YOUR PROFILE
• Valid driving license with a good driving record.
• Ability to travel for business needs.
• Basic experience with hand and power tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and email.
• Prior experience in a data center, logistics or construction environment preferred.
• Knowledge of network cabling, optic types, and test equipment preferred.
• Familiarity with common networking terms, cabling infrastructure best practices and methodologies preferred.
• Prior experience with medium to large, complex project scopes and ambiguous details within work environment strongly preferred.
• Experience with common tools related to network troubleshooting, including VFLs, OTDR and power meters preferred.
• Understanding of infrastructure technologies, including Routers, Switches and other network gear preferred.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• Technical or technological degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial or specialized equipment maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electromechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficient in diagnosing, repairing, and optimizing complex, high-precision machines.
• Skilled in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
• Experience using diagnostic tools, maintenance software (preferred), and generating technical reports.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
• Availability for both scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
