Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Field Engineer at Argent Software. As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing field service and technical support to customers in the Miami area 

*MUST be located in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale/West Palm Beach area

*Weekly Customer Onsites

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and technical support skills

• At least three years of experience 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Field service experience with customers 

• Project management skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and remotely

• Experience in the IT or software industry

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field"
