Enrollment Specialist, Alpha - $100,000/year USD
Crossover
Job Description
You are the person families think of when they choose where to enroll their child. From initial inquiry through final enrollment, you define how Alpha is experienced, communicated, and delivered. This role is designed for someone who understands that speed, precision, and genuine care are not competing prioritiesâthey are baseline expectations.
Alpha is changing what school looks like. Our campuses integrate academic excellence, technology-driven instruction, and a philosophy grounded in respect for students and their families. Admissions is the place where that philosophy becomes tangible. Families arrive curious, uncertain, and hopeful. Your responsibility is to turn doubt into clarity and confidence.
In this position, you own the admissions journey from the moment interest is shown. You will answer family questions promptly and professionally, organize campus tours and shadow experiences, keep applicant data accurate and current, and facilitate meaningful conversations that help parents assess whether Alpha is the right fit for their child. This is a visible, front-line role. You are detail-oriented, externally focused, and responsible for the family experience at Alpha.
This is an on-campus, high-intensity position suited to someone who thrives managing competing demands without sacrificing accuracy or warmth. If you value strong execution, clear communication, and creating experiences that feel effortless to those you serve, this role provides genuine ownership and measurable impact.
What You Will Be Doing
• Answering prospective family inquiries within 24 hours with clear, welcoming, and mission-consistent language
• Organizing and executing admissions events, campus tours, and shadow day experiences for students
• Keeping applicant records accurate and current across admissions platforms and CRM systems
• Conducting family meetings to explain Alpha's educational model, respond to questions, and capture feedback
• Working closely with campus and admissions leadership to ensure every family progresses smoothly
What You Won't Be Doing
• Making final enrollment or admissions decisions
• Leading classroom instruction or supporting day-to-day teaching
• Relying on aggressive sales methods or scripted interactions
• Operating in a setting where expectations, standards, or direction are ambiguous
Enrollment Specialist Key Responsibilities

• Strong organizational skills and consistent attention to detail
• Availability to work on-campus in Miami, FL, or willingness to relocate
• Authorized to work in the United States
