What You'll Do
• Manage structural engineering for a wide range of building projects across commercial, mixed-use, educational, and institutional sectors
• Produce detailed design calculations, technical specifications, and construction documents in compliance with IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, and ACI standards
• Conduct structural analysis and modeling using RAM Structural System, ETABS, SAFE, and ADAPT
• Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and lead field observation visits during construction administration
• Collaborate closely with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and developers
• Mentor junior engineers and oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality assurance
What You'll Bring
• Minimum 5 years of structural engineering experience focused on vertical building design
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
• EIT certification required, PE license preferred
• Proficiency in Revit (structural discipline), AutoCAD, and major structural design software
• Demonstrated experience delivering full structural design packages for buildings
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams

• Base salary range: up to $110,000, based on experience
